1. Toyota 4Runner
2. The other ones.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:52 |

What other ones?
The xTerra is dead
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:53 |

Land Rover LR4, Lexus GX, etc.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:54 |

Nah. GMT400 Blazer>4Runner.
Side note, when was the last time M.o.E. was on here?
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:55 |

I thought the Church Of Moe was dead.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:56 |

they still make the LR4?
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:56 |

Margin of Error
It could well be.

Wrangler I guess. Tahoe?
Edit: missed the midsize part, I would count Wranger Unlimited but obviously not the Tahoe
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:57 |

they’re posting on FP stuff currently
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:57 |

Shouldn’t the 4runner be number 4?
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:57 |

Isn’t he banned from Oppo? I know he’s pretty active on Jalopnik.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:57 |

No only real suv is excursion
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:58 |

It became the Discovery.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:58 |

NO.

K.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:58 |

Would the Wrangler really count as a midsize? I honestly don’t know how to classify the Wrangler. It’s just sort of... the Wrangler.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:59 |
|
That’s a pretty creative way of spelling Land Cruiser.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 13:59 |
|
I thought they stopped being a thing around 2010
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:00 |

Quality one can only expect from FCA!
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:00 |
|
Nope, not on the blocked list plus I’ve seen M.O.E pop up every so often.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:00 |

Yup. This is the last year though.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:01 |

I don’t see what a Wrangler Unlimited with a hardtop lacks in comparison to any other midsize SUV. A bit lighter on cargo room but realistically anyone shopping for a new 4Runner is giving the Unlimited a look too.
Obviously the two door is a different story.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:01 |

Where’s the 1runner go then
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:02 |

Dunno. All I know is oppo is short on arbitrary lists.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:04 |

IT WOULD GO AWAY
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:05 |

Unibody, no? I thought it was related to the Durango.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:05 |

Ten Cars That Have Soul
Mazda CUV
Ferds
Miata
Italian Miata
Jip
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:06 |

Right, now make that a regular feature.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:08 |

Pretty sure he got banned after he outed himself as somebody else who was banned in the past. I remember one of his last posts being about who he really was and that some of his lists were basically a slap in the face to some of the stereotypes of Oppo members at the time. I checked his profile and I see that last post has been removed though.

Grand Cherokee has always been unibody.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:10 |

If you want to know quality drive a Crossfire for 85,000 miles, after its already done 90,000.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:11 |
|
(that was before FCA)
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:12 |

No separate frame no care. You’re not jacking a 4Runner with it’s IFS sky high anyways.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:14 |

...like a fox
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:15 |
|
Oh.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:21 |
|
I had a ZJ, well aware. Still kills the 4runner in sales and can go off road. Win win in my book.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:22 |

I’ve always been partial to the MU-X myself. Especially in full outback-spec.
Damn shame Isuzu pulled out of NA.

(from what everyone says is the worst time for Chrysler and Mercedes)
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:23 |

That’s an odd way to say Kia Borrego.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:25 |
|
2. There aren’t any other BOF mid-size SUVs manufactured by any automaker anymore.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:32 |
|
careful, the 4runner will shank you and add another teardrop under its headlight.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:35 |
|
4 runner automatic only. Xterra master race.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:40 |

Harambe has to be better than Trump, but what about the Tahoe? Or the LR4/Discovery?
![]() 09/27/2016 at 14:53 |
|
A. No
B. Full-size
C. After test driving multiple GMT400's before my 4Runner, because that’s what I initially wanted, FUCK NO. It’s the most overrated truck ever. It drives like shit, it feels like shit, it has a trans made out of butter and playdough, and the owners are terrible. They are worse than any other automotive stereotype. Even Nissan sedans. The small blocks and looks are all they have to offer. Even then, not worth it.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:12 |
|
Oh I’d take one of those over a 4Runner guaranteed. Says the owner of a Jeep Commander on the same platform (albeit stretched a bit). I was just saying it wasn’t BOF.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:25 |
|
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:25 |
|
That Jeep isn’t BOF...
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:42 |
|
Yea yea. But thats like saying the Miata is the best rwd convertible below $25k. Well duh.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:46 |
|
MEH
*shrugs shoulders because he doesn’t find the Miata to be that cool*
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:52 |

I’ve done more than one road trip in a 6.0 Excurssion, and a little off roading, and hauling too. I agree with the statement.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:54 |
|
I know, dont care. Neither does the market.
4runner 97,000
Grand Cherokee 195,000
![]() 09/27/2016 at 15:55 |
|
Doesn’t matter. The title says BOF, and that isn’t one.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 16:15 |
|
Okay. Alternative post: Sports cars with leaf springs ranked - 1. Corvette
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
![]() 09/27/2016 at 16:26 |
|
Accurate. Since that’s in the title, I can’t suggest a Miata.
![]() 09/27/2016 at 16:43 |

![]() 09/27/2016 at 17:22 |

Wrangler? It is that a compact?
![]() 09/27/2016 at 19:58 |
|
God, the 4Runner looks great.
And you’re right. There’s literally no real competition for the 4Runner. Everything that Jeep makes is crap in some aspect.

nice machines - the new teary eyed version is really growing on me
![]() 09/27/2016 at 22:52 |
|
It’s always been a Discovery
![]() 09/28/2016 at 00:27 |
|
I’m only now discovering that.
![]() 09/28/2016 at 11:34 |
|
Nope, lifted Escalade
Cause this would replace my idea for a lifted 2005 Range Rover since the GM vehicle would run and not cost me my legs to get fixed.
![]() 09/28/2016 at 11:35 |
|
Midsize, bruh
![]() 09/28/2016 at 11:45 |
|
It is, the ESV (or Yukon XL) is the full sized.
![]() 09/28/2016 at 11:48 |
|
The Escalade is the Yukon.
![]() 09/28/2016 at 12:59 |

I know, I am saying its not the extended version known at the XL or ESV. So instead it is the regular full sized, making it mid sized for GM and smaller SUV/CUVs in their line up small...
